Main Mission
？ Help desk
？ Routine Maintenance on the hardware and software
？ Procedure Creation and update

1. Helpdesk
？ Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems
？ Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received
？ Organize regular maintenance and updates of workstations
？ Modify configurations and settings on local workstation’s hardware and software
？ Assist with on-boarding of new users and set up their workstation
？ Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
？ Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
？ Take part in defining and updating process and documentation

2. System administration
？ Make sure that network and hardware are working efficiently
？ Troubleshoot when issues arise

Profile
? Good proficiency of written and oral English is a prerequisite
? Bachelor degree in IT or professional experience in IT
