职位描述
岗位职责：
Work closely with Business department & Application service department to design and create major aspects of the architecture of an application, including user interface, middleware, and infrastructure.
1. Provide technical leadership to the applications development team (30%)
2. Provide design and code reviews; Ensure that uniform enterprise wide application design standards are maintained (20%)
3. Perform complex application analysis design and development duties (30%)
4. Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure architecture is aligned with business requirements (20%)
任职要求：
University graduate or above with 5+ years experience in application architect, perfectly in Insurance
Insurance business knowledge
Proficient presentation and communication skill in Mandarin
Proative and creative in Insurance industry
Fluent English in both written and oral
