厨师主管
工作职责：
1，支持、协助大厨，确保厨房正常运行；
2，在口味和摆设上确保食物的高质量；
3，确保食物始终保持高质量；
4，履行厨房开、关工作并确保厨房卫生达标；
5，负责每日、每月末食物库存清点工作；
6，根据公司规定 履行定单、食物签收。

职位要求：
1，至少有5年相关工作经验；
2，深入了解西餐知识；
3，良好的交流、写作能力；
4，出色的组织能力、良好的时间管理能力以及细节洞察力；
5，精通Microsoft Office及其它软件。

语言：中文、英文良好。
学历：高中以上学历。

Chef De Partie （CDP）

Job Responsibility：
1，Support and assists Chef to ensure of smooth kitchen operation；
2，Ensure of top food quality in terms of taste and presentation；
3，Ensure of food quality consistency at all times；
4，Carry out opening and closing procedures, and ensure of kitchen hygiene standards；
5，Responsible in daily and month-end food stock take procedures；
6，Carry out order placement and goods receipting procedures according to company policy；

Profession Requirements：
1，At least 5 years relevant experiences；
2，Has in-depth knowledge in western cuisine；
3，Good communication and writing skills；
4，Excellent organizational skills, good time management, and strong attention to detail；
5，Proficient in Microsoft Excel, etc；

Language： Good English & Chinese
Education Level: Secondary Education Certificate
