Job Descriptions:

- Holding regular in-house teacher training sessions on Scholastic curriculum in particular, and EFL teaching in general.

- Delivering effective orientation and training courses for new teachers.

- Ensuring continued professional development of existing teachers through classroom observation and feedback.

- Communicating training progress, issues, and needs to the Academic Director.

- Assisting with various recruitment and marketing events.

- Teaching a maximum of 3 classes per week.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English or Communication related field.
- Good communication skills, both writing & verbally (Mandarin & English).

- At least 5 years working experience, education industry experience is a strong plus.

This position requires travel within Shanghai and will require work on the weekends. We offer very competitive salary and benefits package.
