工作职责：

1、带领销售团队完成中心的月度/年度销售指标，讲求团队合作：

-- 负责中心的新学生招募工作，确保每周/每月的新学生人数稳定增长；

-- 擅长与学生及家长保持良好的沟通，维护中心现有学生，确保中心续报率在规定的范围内；

2、 负责中心日常行政管理工作，包括：中心教室环境和图书馆的维护、教材和办公用品的申请管理以及固定资产的报修，以保持中心运营井然有序；

3、 配合市场部完成年度固有市场活动和本中心的促销活动。

要求：

1、本科学历；

2、至少5年以上儿童英语培训中心销售及管理工作经验；

3、较强的应变能力及沟通能力；

4、良好的英语听说能力；

5、熟练的电脑操作。
