工作职责：
1. 负责区域加盟市场的销售及拓展工作；
2. 参与制定公司的加盟政策及发展策略，拓展新的加盟商；
3. 负责对加盟商的各项评估，谈判及合同签订；
4. 指导加盟商开业初期基础营运工作，包括装修指导、设备采购、类证件的申领、文档资料提供、市场规划等；
5. 指导并帮助加盟商解决遇到的实际问题，提高加盟商的运营能力；
6. 建立并管理市场推广团队，完成上级交办的其他工作。


任职要求：
1.本科学历，市场营销或其他相关专业；
2. 8～10年销售、市场营销策划工作经验；
3. 具备品牌产品推广经验，具有从事大型连锁、加盟企业业务拓展者优先。教育培训行业背景尤佳；
4. 具有良好的沟通、组织、协调能力。
