职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating new business leads and customers as a result.
- Responsible for increasing revenue by expanding upon goods and services produced and provided for existing customers.
- Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospective customer contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales.
- Maintain and develop current and new customer relationships to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Use customer/potential customer contact tools and systems where available, and update relevant information held in these systems.
- Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
- Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
- Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
- Impacts the long-term (annual) direction and financial or operational success of the function and/or site.
- Approve and/or create functional processes or technologies.
- Establish and ensure effective achievement of functional strategic plans and objectives for the site.
- Develop plans for structuring and implementing major initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant sales experience.
- Relevant sales/business development experience in industrial, telecommunication and medical fields is a must.
- Experience in program management or account management in EMS would be preferred.
- Strong customer development, obtain, maintain and management skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English.
- Active, presentable, business-oriented.
