Role:
Drive agenda of corporate citizenship strategy and sustainability related internal/external communications; take lead in the planning and execution of corporate CSR programs.

Accountabilities:

• Develop GCR CSR & communication annual plan incl. budget plan.
• Ensure smooth execution of CSR projects in coordination with project partners.
• Communicate proactively GCR sustainability & CSR good stories / best practices with key internal & external stakeholders, including GCR employees, PepsiCo Foundation, NGOs and CSR news media.
• Engage GCR employees in various CSR volunteer activities.
• Be responsible for GCR sustainability report biennially.
• Execute GCR CSR projects focusing on water, education and nutrition:
  1.New CSR project on nutrition;
  2.Endowed Chair Professorship program of Tsinghua University;
  3.Wrap up of PepsiCo Foundation's USD 5 million water project;
  4.PepsiCo Library project;
  5.Disaster relief responses;
  6.Employee volunteer activities
  7.Support CSR initiatives raised by other function teams.
• Use CA bi-monthly E-newsletter / GCR Sustainability Report as effective tools to communicate GCR's latest progress in corporate social responsibility with key external stakeholders.
• Attend and speak at the selected influential CSR events, to reinforce PepsiCo's CSR leading position and win awards and recognitions.
• Maintain relationship with local and international NGO partners.
  
  
  
  Requirements:
• Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese a must
• 8-10 years working experience in CSR and sustainability related field.
• Strategic thinking and insight of CSR trend and latest movement.
• High integrity and maturity
• Self-motivated, independent working
• Result driven
• Strong business acumen
• Commitment and loyalty to the company
• Good team player, able to take others with you
• Excellent inter-personal skills, comfortable and efficient in a complex, matrix organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both Chinese and English
