职位描述
Working Location : ShangHai , China
General
· Daily Management of third party services business operations;
· Interview and hire potential field service and office support staff;
· Assign, review, and evaluate competence and performance of office and field professional, technical, and clerical staff;
· Assist job coordinators with assigning appropriate technically qualified personnel to meet customer job requirements;
· Keeps the Country manager informed of daily ongoing jobs status;
· Reviews, tracks and communicates information needed regarding daily business for management;
· To perform other assigned duties as necessary within the realm of the Operations Manager;
Sales:
· Receives and interprets client's technical bidding documents such as Tenders and RFQ, and prepares commercial proposals in response in an organized and timely fashion;
· Follow up with customers on tender and job quote status as well as past / present service performance;
· Maintaining sales quote records;
· Support sales staff on customer calls from technical standpoint as required;
· Liaise between clients and office based job coordinators as required;
Technical:
· Responsible for an in-depth knowledge of Customer QA standards and procedures and informing the coordinators, field personnel and country manager of present compliance requirements, updates and changes to customer policies;
· Assist the Account Coordinators, field personnel and Country Manager from Technical standpoint;
· Post mortem job reviews to resolve client issues and procedures; Logs Quality Action Reports and Corrective actions taken;
· Recommend training classes and schools to keep field personnel and staff up to date on job knowledge, industry and client regulations, policies and procedures;
· Assist with qualifying company proprietary hardbanding product licencees where needed
Financial:
· Assists Country Manager in preparation of Annual Business Unit budget and financial plan to be presented to senior management;
· Achieve business unit financial objectives by closely controlling costs, working with finance on A/R collecting and liasing between customer, projects and finance;
· Prepare financial performance reports of the business unit to date against financial plans and budgets;
· Negotiate with suppliers where needed; Supplier service quality control; Maintain Oversight of suppliers' performance and interfere and correct when necessary;
Skills/Qualification:
l Fluent in written and verbal English
l Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering, Mechanical preferred;
l Experience in manufacturing and / or Third Party Quality Services preferred;
l Well organized, efficient and quick learner;
l Excellent communication skills for both domestic and western worlds;
l Proficient in Microsoft Office - excellent computer skills
l Result driven, willing to contribute to results by displaying exemplary effort and dedication;
l Availability to travel;
l Supply Management, Tracking Budget Expenses, Supervision, Developing Standards, Delegating, Staffing, Promoting Process Improvement, Reporting skills;
