Job Description:

- Place bookings with the forwarders according to system requirements.

- Daily coordination with forwarders, overseas and local suppliers to ensure timely delivery according to PO requirements.

- Date input into system for shipment details;

- Prepare and update shipment reports

- Coordinate with overseas for exceptional case handling;

- Check billings for all jobs arranged;

- System training and support the subordinators to make the daily work more efficient

- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by logistics manager.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3-5 years' working experience in shipping, freight forwarding, with hands-on experience on shipping arrangements;

- Familiar with international freight forwarding, especially in retailer shipping biz is preferred.

- Good command of Microsoft Office and English skills in both written and oral.

- Very good coordination skills, sense of urgency, logic, and detail-oriented.

- Be able to work independently with patience and good initiatives
- Strong self-learning skills
