Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily office routine work, such as answering telephone calls, receiving visitors, distributing letters, faxes and couriers, stationary purchasing, recording and delivering; documents printing and duplicating etc.

2. Arrange business travel logistics: booking hotels / air tickets;
预定酒店以及机票
3. Responsible for office and facilities’ maintenance, such as guide cleaner’s work, shuttle bus management;
负责办公室的以及设备的维护,诸如管理清洁工的工作,管理公司班车
4. Coordinate with IT suppliers for all the IT related issues; arrange IT service time;
和IT供应商保持良好的合作关系,安排IT的服务时间
5. Account checking monthly for car leasing, hotel, couriers, pure waters, coffee, office supplies.
核对各种月度账单
6. Provide attendance report every month;
管理员工出勤
7. Other tasks may assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification:
1. Colleague degree with 2 years experience as an admin assistant;
大专学历,两年相关工作经验
2. Familiar with Microsoft office;
熟悉微软办公软件
3. Team player, responsible and delicate work;
