OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE:

• Develop, launch and manage OSS in different APAC countries, OSS ias an integrated solution for merchants willing to build their crossborder ecommerce business in
• Strategize, design, and implement a high quality, easy to use and cost effective solutions.
• Provide expertise on ecommerce supply chain integration, as well as emerging and current internet technologies that may be of interest to the integrated solution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and partners.
• Manage plaftorma and vendors, finalize China OSS 2.0 portal and roll it out with needed adaptations in other APAC markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build the offer

• Review Business Requirements, Scope and Project plans documents, and gather feedback from PayPal CN/APAC team members to further input in this area.
• Identify required services, product and potential partners
• Select product and partners based on predefined business, technical, financial, legal and compliance criteria.
• Design onboarding process, terms and conditions.
• Confirm business model.
• Provide localization expertise to US and European counterparts where applicable
• Input into global product strategy

Manage product development

• Write the functional specification document,
• Define Product Development Plan.
• Track and manage the development of the product and the multiple integration projects.
• Provide localization expertise when needed.
• Test and learn.
• Manage phases launch in APAC Countries outside of China
• Write playbook to enable easy duplication in other APAC countries.

Strong communication skills (both English and Chinese)

Strong project management product development expertise
