Our department drives and provides world-class 7x24 IT services for eBay/PayPal global businesses from corporate architecture & infrastructure, to ensure operational excellence, critical application systems and infrastructure systems utmost availability, usability, reliability, scalability, and healthy to defined SLAs. This infrastructure includes Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Active Directory (>15000 users), NetApp Filers, Hitachi SAN Storage, VMWare, Bluecoats, F5 load balancers, Citrix, Trend and related technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Administrate and manage Windows based environment, including monitoring, proactive maintenance, and problem resolution

• Provide end-to-end customer, client, partner support with defined services level agreement

• Establish, refine and polish business critical process

• Analyze key business and product metrics, and understand user needs, respond back with business analyst

• Diagnose and maintain IT related electronic facilities.

Requirements:

• Great passion on new technology, Fast learning up and quickly absorbing

• Excellent communication and group collaboration

• Excellent written and verbal English skills

• Strong problem analyze and resolve skills

• Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio) is highly desired

• MCSE/MCDBA is highly desired
