(高级、中级、初级)性能测试工程师
岗位要求：
1、熟悉Loadrunner的使用，能够根据不同协议编写测试脚本
2、具备Unix操作平台使用经验，比如：AIX Unix或者Hp Unix
3、具备中间件使用经验，比如Weblogic、Jboss、Tuxedo、WebSphere
4、具备数据库使用经验，比如Oracle、Mysql、DB2、Informix
5、初级人员需1年以上相关工作经验
6、高级人员需要具备一定开发基础，C/C++或者JAVA，具备性能分析、性能测试方案编写、性能调优能力，3年左右经验
7、有金融行业测试经验或者开发经验，优先考虑
8、能够短期出差

(高级、中级、初级)功能测试工程师
岗位要求：
1、能够分析用户需求，根据测试需求编写测试用例，执行测试用例，编写测试报告
2、具备一定常用的数据库(Oracle、Mysql等)、操作系统（linux/Unix）使用基础
3、了解数据库工作原理和操作系统工作原理
4、高级测试人员需要良好的测试思维能力，3年以上测试相关经验和大项目测试经验
5、自动化测试人员需要熟悉测试工具（QTP）和具备一定的开发基础（脚本编写能力如VBS、Shell）、有自动化测试框架使用经验
6、有金融行业测试经验或者开发经验，优先考虑

（高级、中级、初级）自动化测试工程师
1、本科以上学历，计算机或相关专业毕业；
2、五年以上软件行业测试或开发工作经验；
3、两年以上金融业项目工作经验；
4、有自动化测试经验，熟悉使用主流自动化测试工具QTP或LoadRunner；
5、熟悉自动化测试技术和测试流程, 具有项目自动化测试工作管理等方面的能力和经验；
6、熟悉一种以上数据库，如DB2、Oracle；
7、具有较强的分析判断、沟通表达、综合协调和文档撰写能力；
