Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls, taking messages
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Booking service (Hotel, car…)
- Coordinating with vendors for printing of names cards, stationery, water, etc
- Managing the meeting rooms’ booking system
- Settlement and verification of disbursements
- Courier & mail management
- Other tasks required by HR dept.


Education:
Bachelor degree majoring in administration management related

Required Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with reception duties and workflow, 2 years or above experience as a receptionist or equivalent
