Human Resources Business Partner

Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team based in Shanghai, China. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will produce a wide variety of content, from banners and ads to newsletters and promotional landing pages. Our ideal candidate should be creative and have the ability to produce professional content in line with the organization's communication standards, vision, and brand. The position requires working closely with marketing team members, brand and product team and IT, in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Being the consultancy to the HRBP for any HR operation issues;
Coordination internal communication between management team and staff;
Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies to ensure the hiring of quality employees in cost and time efficient;
Provide function requirements and set up HRMS system;
Promote company culture, value, news, guidelines, announcement through diversified employee communication channels;
Be responsible for Performance Management Process;
Keep track of market compensation and benefit trend and regulations in order to optimize C&B policies based on business needs;
To maintain parts of company administrative issues to make sure the smooth operations of the company;
Other assigned tasks by HR manager.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree above;
5-8 years HR function working experience in Multinational Corporation;
Outstanding communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization;
Fluent in English;
Familiar with office software.
