Overview

Support plant controller in actual financial reporting, monthly forecast, quarterly financial review, standard and actual costing analysis, and annual budgeting

Responsibilities
? Support monthly actual close, monthly forecast. Take the lead in the preparation of monthly forecast package and quarterly financial review package. Review with plant controller on the packages
? Work with operational departments to drive the productivity with cost analysis
? Participate in the Capital Investment analysis and discussion
? Calculate the actual Cost Per Unit (CPU) by product family, identify the cost improvement opportunities by detailed cost component analysis
? Actively coach finance rotation associate and be involved in the young talent development
? Ensure compliance with TE Connectivity' policies/procedures
Qualifications:
? Strong financial analytical skills. It is essential to help to prepare the forecast package and quarter financial review material
? Self-driven, analytical thinking, strong communications skills, customer focused
? Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize own work
? Proactive in leading any special project when available
? A strong desire to learn from other financial roles within the organization
Education & Experience
? Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
? Proficient user of SAP system
? Proficient user of MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
? 8 – 10 years of accounting / finance experience in large manufacturing company
