网站界面设计师（纯美术） WEB UI Designer

【岗位职责】
1、根据网站策划和定位的需要，组织网站界面的关键元素（布局、功能、按钮、风格、特效），生成效果图以及程序可调用的指定格式图片备选；
2、日常做好素材收集整理工作，促进团队内的知识共享与积累，从而有效激发创意的产生。

【任职要求】
1、有良好的设计表现能力，设计创意能力，色彩感觉好，准确把握网站的整体风格及视觉表现，对网站的结构策划有一定经验；
2、两年以上网站界面设计的相关工作经验；
3、精通PHOTOSHOP等相关设计软件，并能够直接用其进行创意设计；
4、认真细致，有不断追求卓越的毅力；具高度的工作责任心和良好的团队合作精神；
