电子商务客服组长(非销售)


【岗位职责】
1、协助部门主管对客服中心进行团队管理，完善、落实各项制度并可以带领、培养和激励客服团队 ；
2、负责当班期间运作状态；
3、负责对新入职员工的工作指导，并对各类问题及时统计、归类、记录当班运营日志 ；
4、能够承受工作压力，妥善规划和管理工作项目，调配工作人员，善于沟通，管理和组织能力出色 ；
5、拥有独立的服务意识和服务理念，有能力进行大型电子商务团队的管理 ；


【岗位要求】
1、大专以上学历，一年以上客服组长工作经验，电子商务行业更佳；
2、具备良好的沟通能力与组织能力，及处理突发事件的应变能力 ；
3、能够在快节奏和充满挑战的环境中，保证工作高效完成 ；
4、能适应翻班制 ；

【福利待遇】
1、月薪3000-4500（奖金依据内部绩效系统定）；
2、8小时翻班制，日班做3休1，晚班做3休2，其它假日按照国定规定；
3、其它假日按照国定规定，如需加班，有四倍加班工资；
4、正式员工享有津贴；
5、工作期限满一年可享有年假。
