职位描述
主要职责：接收销售订单，确认交货时间及计划，确保项目按时交货平稳运行，整理文档，以及控制项目库存水平。
1、接收订单并将客户需求解析为内部需求，并将需求准确地传达给工厂；
2、组织项目状况会议，更新项目进度，与其他部门沟通协调确保项目准时交付；
3、与工厂生产部门和供应链其他部门合作实现货物的准时交付；
4、遇到项目问题时，运用各种方式与相关负责人合作解决问题；
5、需要客户协助时，与销售部门紧密合作，获取客户支持；
6、通过不断改善流程，保证货物在整个供应链中顺畅运行；
7、与安装队伍协调货物到货情况，提高项目完工效率；
8、周期性的回顾老化库存，与相关部门协调降低呆滞库存；
9、及时地整理相关文档，配合开票和审计。
岗位要求：
1、两年以上制造行业内计划或项目协调，客户服务工作经验，有超市大卖场或货架行业经验尤佳。
技能技巧：
1、具备物流或供应链知识；
2、具备良好的沟通技巧，项目管理知识；
3、具备良好的英语听说读写能力。
