Performance Objective(KPI):
1. Issue VAT &export invoice timely and accurately.
2. Post VAT invoice&export invoice to customer timely and accurately.
3. Book expense report to AP module timely and accurately .


Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1 year VAT invoice or junior finance/accounting experience.
2. College degree in finance/accounting is preferred.
3. With Billing clerk certificate (KAI PIAO YUAN) 开票员证.
4. Good written English is preferred.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel,Outlook.
7. Hardworking and willing to learn self-motivated and team player.

Position requirement as a common: team player, result oriented, English Language ability with good verbal/written skills. Familiar with Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint. Preferable experiences working in foreign investment company.
