1. Job Positioning
(Associate) Manager of Real Estate Development Planning Team / Market Development Team
2. Principal Job description
1. Produce the analysis report regularly to Team leader and Boss in shanghai office
2. Edit relevant reports for management information and decision making purpose
3. Market Research and Feasibility analysis for Real estate Development PJT.
4. Make a speech and presentation for customer
5. Make a relationship with Government Department and other partners in china
6. Networking with potential investment partners like foreign/local Developer
7. Responsible for market tracking of shanghai and other cities/ Property Market in china
8. Complete other Jobs assigned by Team leader or Boss in shanghai office
3. Qualifications & Experience
1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in Economy, Real estate, Architecture, Urban Planning
2. At least 5 years above relevant experience in Real Estate Industry in china;
3. Proficiency in written and oral communication, need to be fluent in at least two languages
Among in Korean, English, Chinese
4. Proficient user of MS software and refined knowledge of Computer tools;
5. Active sense of business awareness;
6. Good leadership and communication skill, planning/organization, inter-personal skill;
7. Ability to work under pressure and over time working.
