Malherbe Design is seeking experienced CAD Designer to join his Shanghai office.
Pro-active, precise, methodical and extremely rigourous you are an expert of Autocad with experience in various fields such as Mass Market Retailers, Fashion stores or Shopping Malls.
Involved in the projects at the first stages your mission will be to transcribe them in the form of technical drawings.
Connected to both Creative and Technical Department, you will guarantee the feasibility of the concepts through technical solutions and details.
Used to work on different scale projects, you are very precise and rigorous. However your creative sensitivity gives you the chance to find the best technical answers to support the ideas incorporating all the contrainst of cost, manufacturing or materials.
Very demanding, you don’t just provide technical drawings… you make the creative concepts come true !

Requirements :
Autocad / Sketchup
Chinese speaking / English is a Plus
Knowledges in materials, manufacturing methods, process etc…
Knowledges in local Regulations and Permissions is a +

Job Description

General Mission: Transcribe the project in the form of technical drawings
Flowchart: Under the responsibility of the Project Designer , in collaboration with the Technical Director

CREATION
A- Upstream:
1 . Check customer documents and prepare for the kick off meeting internal
2 . Alert Project Designer if incomplete file
3 . Complete information if necessary (sqm, ceiling height ... )

B- In stage of Creation
1 . Achieve settlements and technical drawings: layout , cups , furniture etc ...

C- In Development Phase
1 . Make statements on the Site and / or confirm the data received upstream
2 . Make the complete files of drawing : APS
3 . Participate in technical choices: production, choice of materials etc ... in collaboration with the Technical Director and the project Designer
4 . Participate in the execution of the specification standards

In Phase D- Roll out
1 . Transcribe technical development as APS

E- In Construction Phase
1 . Adjust plans based on the project's progress
2 . Update APS function changes
3 . Accompany the team on site if necessary

F -Other
1 . Establish / improve internal charter presentation both technical and aesthetic Ensure to make coherent records that meet the expectations of different projects members

The Autocad develop all technical drawings, layout APS folder giving all the information necessary for technical understanding of the project. He transcribed the creation incorporating all the constraints of cost , manufacturing , materials, etc. ...

He is an expert in CAD , extremely precise , methodical and rigorous . Technical expertise enable him to realize the creative product closer its essence.
