岗位职责：
1、根据人力资源规划和公司经营管理的需求，负责起草、执行工厂年度人员编制方案、招聘计划、薪资福利预算、培训计划
2、负责本部门团队的搭建、激励、考评及业务管理的执行
3、负责公司的人力资源管理、行政后勤管理
4、负责做好公司各部门员工关系各项工作

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、有3年以上同岗位相关工作经验者优先考虑
3、有较多的招聘渠道，熟悉人事绩效考核，薪酬体系的设计，能保证公司日常的生产、管理人员配置；
4、了解行政后勤管理相关流程，善于组织各部门做好协调处理工作，具备平衡事务综合能力，执行力强；
5、具备较强的领导能力及协调沟通能力，工作积极主动，踏实勤恳，责任心强。
