Responsibility:

-Investigating and resolve HW/SW problem during production.
-Engineering Change evaluation and implementation (ECR handling)
-Provide engineering support to manufacturing for outgoing quality audit(OQA), defective on arrival (DOA), last time buys (LTB), line downs, design margin issues and cost reduction projects.
-Coordinating, performing tests which cover performance characterization, specification verification, and compliance to safety, EMC, environmental and reliability requirements on new and existing products
-Customer complain investigation and response for product quality issue and improve field failure rate (FFR)
-Maintain factory RTY target
-Technical troubleshooting supporting to technicians.

Qualification:

-EE Bachelors or above
-2-years above related experience in electronic design (digital or analog) would be a plus
-Strong debug or troubleshooting experience of board level (digital or analog circuit).
-Familiar with using various electronic test and measurement products
-High analyzing and logic capability.
-Good oral and written English
-Good communication skill and team working spirit
