To be responsible for Daily Security Management, and to assist with the Operations Supervisor/Operations Manager in Daily Operations Management.
? To be responsible of supervising all the security guards.
? To be responsible of reviewing and updating the College Security Management Policy and Procedures, including Fire Drill Policy & Procedures etc.
? To be responsible for the supervision of the Traffic in front of school gates during arrival & dismissal time to ensure a safe & smooth traffic movement.
? To be responsible of reviewing and updating the School Visitor Registration Policy, & mainteaning an efficient communications with both foreign & local visitors.
? To be responsible of liaising with School Bus Management Team to reserve school bus parking spaces for field trip picking up & dropping off during and after school hours for the health & safety purpose.
? To be responsible of the management of CCTV system, infrared parameter system & firefighting system
? To be responsible of completing Monthly Security KPI Report and other related reports upon request.
? To be responsible of undertaking any reasonable request made by the line manager that ensures consistent delivery of service to the College (including emergency Bus Monitor cover duty where required)
