Responsibilities

1. Lead Manufacturing Core teams, across a multitude of Manufacturing and Product line functions, in support of assigned NPI Programs being launched at our China Manufacturing facility

2. Be responsible for representing the Manufacturing organization as a whole on the New Product Development core team as well as articulating program information and strategies back to Manufacturing Management and your Manufacturing Core team

3. Develops and manages the NPI project plan, including scope, resource requirements and budget, schedule, and risk management from project initiation through completion.

4. Be responsible for interacting and communicating across functions worldwide to insure all details of DP phase and launch phase of a program are well understood and executed;

5. Ensures that the NPI project is executed in compliance with all Quality System requirements.

6. Sustains products, material and processes with cost reduction, yield and quality improvements within new product launch cycle

Requirement

1. Bachelors or Master Degree or above in a relevant engineering discipline and/or MBA.

2. 5+ years of experience in professional level Manufacturing roles such as Manufacturing, Industrial or Process Engineering, with working knowledge of product development processes.

3. 2+ years of Program Management experience within Manufacturing or in New Product Development.

4. Project management experience working with Asia/China suppliers or manufacturing facilities is highly desirable.

5. A solid grasp of Manufacturing cost drivers at both Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and product level, and a deep understanding of how to influence those costs to maximize operational efficiency and gross margins is required.

6. Initiative, self-motivation and positive personal personality

7. Excellent skill of communicating with people and coordinating multi-functional, multi-national teams are mandatory

8. Proficient written and oral English skill;
