Accountabilities:

1. Register and check AP related documents, including invoice, PO, Receiving Report, payment request, etc.
2. 3-way match: match invoice with PO (or release form) and Receiving Report based on BRRP
3. Do SAP postings with 3-way match
4. Scan invoice and supporting documents, attach to SAP document
5. Make accrual for unposted invoices for month end closing
6. Arrange local payment as needed
7. Complete cross check and filing work as required
8. Monitor and drive to close pending PO and invoices
9. Detect and improve process gap to smoothen AP related activities
10. Provide assistance for internal and external audit
11. Support reconciliation
12. Ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications:

1. College graduate, Accounting major
2. English: demonstrated ability to read and write. Medium level of speaking
3. PC skills: demonstrated ability to work with Outlook and Excel
4. SAP: SAP FI/MM user is preferred
5. 1-2 years of experiences in Accounts Payable or Sourcing area
