职位描述

Responsibilities:

- Do certain basic market research and analysis to support business decisions.

- Prepare and propose marketing and leasing strategy according to the project business plan.

- Identify tenants for properties and attract new clients through different business channels and connection and market events.

- Responsible for the leasing administration works including leasing preparation, LOI, leasing contract, handover and renewal etc.

- Maintain good relationships with tenants and work closely with property management for tenant service and support.

- Prepare required reports and keep record of necessary document.

- Complete other tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:

- College and above degree in business or related majors;

- At least 3 years practical experience in office leasing in China;

- Proven knowledge in office leasing and asset management in China;

- Good connection with agents, good knowledge of the market;

- Proven strategic experience in setting and executing the vision for projects;

- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills;

- Active and outspoken, energetic and result oriented;

- Proactive mindset, confident and adaptable, willing to take challenges, and the ability to drive changes and execute initiatives.
