Role:

-To perform project evaluation and answer customers inquiries on the project.Align with Sales Team to develop new projects.


Main Responsibilities:


-Help ensure clients' technical requeirements aligned with business objectives.
-Project evaluation and management.
-Answer inquiries from clients on project progress, test result, test procedures, standard and technical questions.
-Conduct and/or coordinate test according to the testing procedure and standards.
-Act as trusted adviser to the customer.
-Prepare and keep track of project status to ensure project run smoothly as planned.
-Prepare report and technical files for the Product Line.
-Follow-up on documentation and samples from customers.
-Provide general information (status, standard) to customers.
-Prepare fax result and retest document.
-Perform other job-related assignments as required.


Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree or above, majored in Material, Construction, Machinery,Civil Engineering,or other related discipline.
-More than 3 years working experience in Curtain wall or related factories.
-Experience in performing projects and working with sales team members.
-Understanding of the technical aspects of qulity issues on Curtain wall.Be familiar with related ditectives or standards.
-Teamplayer.
