This position will be based in Shanghai, he/she will report to Finance Director, Greater China. This role will lead a small accounting team and be in charge of all accounting transactions and Cognos Reporting for both Hong Kong and China Companies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle various accounting tasks to ensure accurate and timely completion of sales, accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, payroll and general accounting etc.

2. Handle all project related bookings in a professional manner

3. Verify payment request and prepare online payments as per proper approval

4. Conduct monthly closing and handle Cognos Reporting in timely and accurate manner

5. Provide the sufficient information to Healthcare and Life Science team for business support

6. Liaison with other team members to complete annual audit matters for both HK and China companies

7. Ad Hoc tasks as per special required

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a must

- MNC background, more than 3 years in a similar role

- Solid Accounting Knowledge, CPA is preferred

- Strong hands-on skills and problem solving skills

- Skilled in Microsoft Office, familiar with Iscala, Cognos is preferred

- Excellent Communication Skill in both Mandarin and English

- Result-driven, Proactive, Initiative, Ability to work under high pressure
