Main Duties and Responsibilities
？ Provide administration and assistance to project leader
？ Coordination arrangement of project meetings and events
？ Travel and transportation arrangement for project leader and/or project team members
？ Coordination and arrangement of invitation letter, visa and permits for project team members
？ Document incoming and outgoing management
？ Daily affair management in office
？ Other ad hoc tasks required by line manager.
Qualifications
？ Education: Bachelor degree or above, majored in Engineering or equivalent.
？ Working Experience: Minimum 3 years experience project assistant, EPC project background preferred.
？ Foreign Language: Being capable of reading, writing and speaking English fluently.
？ Knowledge & Know-how: Good knowledge of administration and document control.

Air Liquide Hangzhou is a core center of the Global E&C Solutions of Air Liquide Group. The Company is specialized in engineering, manufacturing and construction of gas separation and purification facilities for the production of oxygen, nitrogen, argon and other specialty gases, as well as for the recovery of carbon monoxide and hydrogen. Possessing state-of-the-art patented technology, strong manufacturing capacities and advanced facilities, the Company is able to design and manufacture air separation plants with oxygen production capacity up to 150,000Nm3/h.
