Job Summary (Brief overview on scope of job responsibility)
1 Protect information security and lead scheduling team to follow company policy and procedure;
2 Take overall responsibility to arrange China SA schedule for reasonable high resource utilization rate, cost-efficient and workload balance for auditors;
3 Manage, train, support and monitor SA scheduling team's performance to reach company request, meet or exceed client expectation;

Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)
1 Protect, check, monitor information security of scheduling team
2 ?Arrange work for booking clerk, scheduler, and coordinator to realize daily man-day execution target on conditions of client demand, audit cost and auditor workload
3 Manage incidents during daily scheduling process
4 Keep the latest audit arrangement updated to managers/supervisors/auditors etc.
5 Lead, train, support and monitor scheduling team on work quality and efficiency
6 Communicate internally/externally with different departments for audit information distribution and work completion in timely manner.
7 Provide accurate information for management, customer service, invoicing etc purpose.
8 Provide audit scheduling visibility on demand
9 Contact with client/vendor/factory for audit related issues
10 Manage scheduling team to improve continuously for better performance

Required Skills & Qualifications
1 ?College degree or above.
2 ?Fluent English both written and reading.
3 ?Good computer and software knowledge and skill.
4 ?Good understanding of social compliance practice and knowledge
5 ?Well-organization skill and sensitive to job timeframe
6 ?Understanding of different client's requests
7 ?Able to prioritize work, meet or exceed expectation
8 ?Geographical location knowledge
