Job Responsibility & Accountability

1. Audit dyeing or printing mills for the dye, agent and chemical control procedures to know if the mills set up systematic procedures to avoid AZO dye.

2. As per the public information listed dangerous AZO dye, pick finished fabric which may have problems of AZO from mills for testing.

3.Advise on-site inspectors/auditors on technical issues, train and develop inspectors’/auditors’ expertise on above point# 1 and 2.

工作内容和职位描述：

1.对印染工厂的染化料控制程序进行审核，以便知道工厂是否已建议一套系统程序来防止使用或误用偶氮染料。

2. 根据一些公开资料显示的信息，了解哪些染料可能会产生禁用芳香胺物质。在印染厂采取高危产品，重点抽样的原则，抽取成品布供实验室进行偶氮染料的测试。

3.如果有需要，能够对在印染工厂现场的审核员/验货员进行技术上的指导，以便协助他们完成以上第一、二点所描述的工作。

Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)

1. Major in fabric/textile dyeing or dyeing chemistry.

2. Have basic factory audit skills.

3. Have basic knowledge about AZO dye.

4. Preferably experience in dye stuff company, dye/print house, or similar positions.

5. Good oral and written English level is a plus.
