Main responsibilities
1.Support daily production activities, generate and control the recipe run in production, perform appropriate analyses.
支持日常的生产活动，产生和控制在生产中的配方运行并进行适当的分析。
2.Maintain quality documentation in quality data base, ensure product meet the specification.
维护文件数据质量，确保产品符合规格。
3.Manage day to day activities in the chemical lab, perform Tank Maintenance and shelf life extension and control.
管理化学实验室的日常活动，完成桶罐的维护和货架寿命的延长和控制。
4.Identify quality problems, analyze the potential causes, and compile 8D corrective action report where appropriate.
确定质量问题，分析潜在原因，并在适当情况下，编译8D纠正措施报告。
5.Perform the management on EHS (Environment, Health and Safety).
完成现场EHS（环境，健康和安全）的管理。
6.Regularly provide the relative training to the operators in OEM plant.
定期给现场加工厂生产员工进行的相关培训。
7.Support and / or initiate continuous improvement projects.
支持和/或开展持续改进计划。
8.Keep good relationship with the partner, to abide by the regulation of the OEM plant.
保持与合作方的良好关系，遵守加工厂的相关制度。


Profile
1.College and Bachelor’s degree in polymer , chemistry or chemical engineering discipline,
大专或者学士学位，主修复合、化学或者化学工程
2.Chemistry discipline is preferred
化学专业优先考虑
3.Min 5 years working experience in chemistry industry, knowledge in insulation product,
在化学产业至少有5年的工作经验并且了解绝缘材料
4.Know industrial paint or resin production or process.
了解工业油漆或树脂生产或过程
5.Ability to lead a team.
