Job Description
l. China Outbound Logistics.
1)Support on the Order Fulfillment
2)Demo shipments
3)100% Compliance for export customs rules and regulations
4)Support on Finished goods Logistics Supply Chain Management
a.Logistics Support to order management
b.Inco Terms; transit times
c.Consols and direct shipment management
5)China Distribution Center
a.Work with logistics provider using DBS tools to drive improvement
6)Package Inventory Management
7)Establish metrics and measure internal and external performance
8)Project Implementation

2. Supplier Management:
1)Weekly global logistics call
2)Performance management - hold monthly business KPI reviews with logistics providers
3)Bi-weekly on-site audit at 3PL side.

3. Dangerous Products (especially Battery Related Products) Shipment Management:
1)Contacting different departments to get information on battery related goods. Being responsible for implementing China Export Logistics Strategy in support of T&M Platform Logistics
2)Being the expert on formal discussion with the special bureaus or governments, such as DGM, SRICI, CIQB, to get solutions on the shipment of these types of products.
3)Providing an overall solution when new products are coming.
4)Giving timely support on Order Fulfillment for these types of products.


Job Requirement
1. 5-7 years of working experience on the logistics area
2. Customs knowledge
3. E-lot book knowledge
4. Export Control knowledge
5. BA in Supply Chain or Logistics management or its equivalent;
6. 3 years of total working experience with a fortune 500 - 1000 company or its international equivalent
7. Lean Manufacturing Knowledge
8. Excellent oral and written communication skills
9. Fluent written and spoken English are required
