岗位职责 Job description ：
1、根据生产工艺要求，对新购进设备选型和参数审核；
According to the production process requirements, responsible for new equipment selection and parameter audit
2、执行设备验收阶段的设备能力确认及辅助生产工艺制定相关文件；
Responsible for acceptance stage to confirm the capability of machine and support process department define and draw out related technical files.
3、确认并周期的配合质量部门校准设备仪器；
Confirmation and cycle with the quality department to calibrate the equipment and instruments,
4、保证经大修后的设备质量达到相关质量标准；
Meet the relevant quality standards ensure quality of the equipment after periodical PM
5．根据设备状态制定有效的PM和ＴＰＭ计划，并监督维修人员的实施效果
Responsible for depending on the device status in case to develop cycle of the PM and TPM, and supervise the implementation of the effect of the maintenance staff
6、负责对生产工人进行设备和日常维护保养的监督和培训, 并编写设备的作业指导书
Responsible for equipment and routine maintenance supervision and training of production workers, and the preparation of the equipment operating instructions；
7、对关键设备和重点设备进行特殊管理，并建立技术档案
Key equipment and key equipment for special management, and the establishment of the technical file；
8、对电、水、汽、燃气、压缩空气等各种能源的技术参数、设备进行规划、管理；

9、对设备的备件和刀具进行管理；

10、建立、维护、管理公司设备台帐

要求 requirement：
1、机械或机电一体化相关专业大专以上学历或高级技师，实际经验丰富的，资质可另外考虑；
Major in mechanical or mechatronics or equivalent, college degree or senior technician; if skilled experience, and qualifications may be considered separately
2、五年以上压铸的工作经验
More than five years work experience on casting
3、了解机械加工知识，熟悉夹具的设计，刀具的刃磨，对工装设计能提出合理的建议，熟练运用CAD，Pro-E或SOLIDWORKS，并能够独立绘制零件图、工装图
Familiar with fixture design, tool grinding, tooling design, capable to give reasonable proposals, and skilled use of CAD, Pro-E or SOLIDWORKS, and capable to design part drawings, tooling and fixture
4、有良好的实际压铸技能，具有良好的分析问题，解决问题的能力，能独立处理生产过程中的各类技术问题；
Good practical casting skills, has a good analysis of the problem, problem-solving skills, be able to handle all kinds of technical problems in the production process;
5、有责任心、敬业精神和良好的团队合作精神，能吃苦耐劳，愿意积极主动地学习；
sense of responsibility, professionalism and good team spirit, hard working, willing to actively take the initiative to learn
6、能借助工具阅读设备的专业英文资料，有良好的英语听说读写能力；
Can with the tools to read the technical document in English, have good oral and written English
7、熟练运用微软办公软件
Familiar with Microsoft office software
