Responsibilities:
· Initiate creative briefs, supervise and judge adverting work flows to meet project deadlines;
· Proactively provide ideas to the client to maximize communication efforts and/or anticipate issues in order to achieve business results;
· Initiate ideas, formulate, implement strategies and evaluate results;
· Present proposals and conclude meetings;
· Supervise consumer payment and invoicing with media and finance department;
· Build and manage Account Team;
· Develop and grow client relationships;
· Maintain contacts to keep informed of the industry trends;
· Approve job briefs;
· Lead to brief the creative team;
· Assist BD in defining team vision and account direction, also assist BD in achieving revenue goal and financial reporting, and assist BD in new business development;
· Report to BD in brand strategic planning, improve and professionalize operational system;
· Lead project strategic development, process and implementation. Ensure quality end results on time and budget;
· Improve and supervise account operational system;
· Develop supporting staff, and grow internal and client relationship.


Ideal Competency
· 4+ years of account management, experience of creative agency is must have
· Demonstrated strategic or consultative approach to account management
· Experience managing services and project related business
· Ability to develop and motivate a team
· Good written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills
· Must have sound communication skills.
