Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with fellow Designers and Product Managers to create beautiful, inspiring visual designs.
2. Participate in brainstorms that generate innovative, unexpected ideas — and contribute to the design direction at project outset.
3. Explore, investigate, kick off, and evangelize design initiatives based off needs.
4. Be proactive about obtaining feedback, and be receptive to direction and suggestions for additional iterations or new alternatives.
5. Create visual designs for brand flagship TMALL store
Requirements：
1. Extensive experience designing for mobile, web & tablet.
2. Experience contributing to the overall visual design direction.
3. Working knowledge of full end-to-end, user-centered design processes, techniques, and deliverables.
4. An online portfolio showcasing your best work.
5. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience producing visual design, interaction design, and user interface design, with significant mobile experience.
6. Experience as a Creative Director is a plus.
7. Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and other tools).
8. Strong working knowledge of HTML, DHTML and CSS.
9. English is a must
