?Specific responsibilities include: 具体职责包括：
· Serve as delivery team contact and escalation for all post sale customer issue, provide account management and relationship management support.
· 作为项目交付的联系人，提供客户关系管理和支持。
· Develop, manage, and communicate project plans and meeting minutes
· 制定项目计划、管理、沟通及会议记录
· Track and manage action items through completion.
· 跟踪和管理所有项目相关活动
· Co-ordinate account activities across Sales, Marketing and Operations organization.
· 协调客户与销售、市场和运营部门的沟通
· Ensure all configurations are built to comply with technical design and standard requirements
· 确保所有的配置都符合技术设计和标准的要求
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex implementation issues in regards to both hardware and software
· 排查并解决与软硬件相关的复杂问题
· Coordinate with product, marketing and other functional teams to execute product launches
· 协调产品，市场及其他职能团队开展产品发布
· Pay post-release onsite visits to verify system performance on a periodic basis
· 上线后定期现场视察，以保证系统性能稳定
· Work with developer to finish the test and provide the feedbacks on time
· 配合开发人员完成相应的测试并且及时的反馈给开发人员
· Complete other tasks assigned by manager
· 完成上级领导交代的任务

Skills/Qualifications 技能/资格
· Technical Institute/University Graduate in Computer Science or related discipline
· 计算机相关专业
· Graduates welcome

· Excellent communication skills
· 优秀的沟通能力
· Knowledge of plan, design, adjust the network architecture and performance optimization
· 了解网络架构的规划、设计、调整、性能优化
· Understanding of the project process, good cooperation skill
· 了解项目流程，较好的协作能力
· Patient, calm, detail oriented, and can work under tough pressure. Discipline, initiative, self-motivate and willing to learn.
· 耐心，冷静，注重细节，较强的条理，能够在压力下工作。遵守纪律，工作积极主动，愿意学习。
· Fluent English speaking and writing.
· 优秀的英文听说读写能力
· Certifications in IT industry (CCNA/CCIE etc) an advantage.
· 有相关证书优先。
