职位要求：

经验方面

？ 理解 Web 标准，对可用性、可访问性等相关知识有实际的了解和实践经验；

UI方面

？ 熟悉 Photoshop / Fireworks 基本使用，了解此类工具的分层概念；

？ 能迅速将 PSD 、PNG 的内容构思成 DIV + CSS 或者 Table 等 HTML 代码；

Web - HTML / CSS 方面

？ 熟悉 XHTML / CSS；

？ 跨平台的布局实现，熟悉主流浏览器的特性（IE 7 , 8 , 9 , Firefox , Opera , Chrome , Safari ）；

？ 优雅的 HTML Code，尽可能符合标准并有 SEO 的考虑因素。不要求了解各种 CSS 的 Hacks ，但要求知道遇到问题应该如何查阅资料以在第一时间内解决；

Web - JavaScript / Ajax / DOM 方面

？ 熟悉 DOM 操作（跨平台，跨浏览器 js 的 dom 操作），熟悉 JS 的面向对象编程；

？ 熟悉主流 JS 框架（ jQuery ， Extjs ， Prototype ）的实现机制，精通 jQuery 的使用；

Server - Side 方面

？ 熟悉 Java ， php ， Python ， .Net , C++ ， C# 至少其中一中语言，有过实际开发经验最好。

加分项

？ 熟悉 Flash ， Flex ， AS；

？ 精通 UI 设计，在设计和程序实现之间给出建设性建议；

？ 钻研以及自我学习精神，挑战权威的个性，性格外向，开朗，有较强的团队合作精神，较强的抗压能力；
