工作描述

• 能处理客户查询和投诉，以维持高水平的客户满意度。
• 了解和跟踪客户与海外代理的订舱信息。
• 订单处理。例如：价格，预订协调，航空/船公司的优势，船期，付款方式，装船日期等。
• 了解内部各部门的日常运作。

工作要求

• 商业管理文凭或物流资质。
• 3年以上空/海运、物流方面的经验。
• 熟悉进出口业务。
• 良好的会计知识和OFFICE软件运用。
• 良好的英语口语、写作能力（四级以上）。
• 性格沉稳，人际关系良好。
• 自我拓展，性格开朗，和同事相处融洽。

Job Description

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints in order to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow up shipment bookings from customers and overseas agents.
• Order processing. I.e.rating, booking coordination, air/shipping company preference,shipping schedule, payment terms and shipment ready date, ect;
• Coordinate with internal departments for daily operations.

Job Requirements

• Tertiary qualification-Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Logistics equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in both international air & ocean freight forwarding logistics operations.
• Familar with import-export business
• Good knowledge in MS office and accounting.
• Excellent communication skill with good spoken & written English (at least CET-4).
• Good interpersonal skill with mature and friendly attitude.

• A self starter, pro-active person and a team player.
