工作职责描述：

1. 负责公司生产平台系统的上线及维护

2. 各类故障及事务的应急响应,处理

3. 优化在线系统，并能提出架构建议，不断提高系统运行和管理效率

工作技能要求：

1、三年以上Linux / Unix系统管理经验，具有大型网站或web应用平台运维经验；
2、精通Linux系统原理，熟悉内核参数调谐，精通基于linux的常用服务配置，如Mail/DNS等，并能够快速部署、配置及排错；深入掌握nginx,LVS及主流web服务器的配置及调优
3、熟悉TCP/UDP 网络原理，深入理解Http 协议，了解Web 安全等网站技术；
4、精通shell编程（或perl/python/ruby编程），能使用脚本来完成日常系统运维工作；
5、熟悉服务器设备、网络设备、安全设备等的功能和性能，能熟练运用多种设备设计构建符合要求的网络系统架构。
6、熟悉虚拟机技术，熟悉虚拟化架构下的系统维护、分布式管理、容错、备份等技术。
7、熟悉互联网行业，有IDC/CDN等网络运营商方面的合作和维护经验，能充分利用行业资源解决实际问题。
8、热爱系统运维工作，能承受压力，有一定的领导能力，具备较强的交流、沟通和表达能力，具备很强的问题分析和解决能力。
