岗位职责：

1. Combine/update SLS forecast on Dry Special in order to work out equipment empty pick-up forecast for OP’s weekly communication with HKGLRM on empty preparation.



2. Generate reports including wkly Live RF/ Dry Special actual loading report, mthly Live RF/Dry Special lifting report for PIC sales and C CN management reference



3. Reply email internally to MOL other team and externally to the customers on service inquiry or BIZ. INF. updating.



4. Pick up incoming phone call /follow up the requests by customers/develop the cargo opportunity to support sales effort.



5. Back up SLS for the specific service for the VIP a/c.



6. Send PAR or rate filing mail on behalf of PIC sales as back-up.



7. Help SUZHOU remote SLS & TAICANG Agency to prepare the periodical lifting report.



任职要求：

-College graduate or above

-Shipping background will be a plus

-CET-6, good command of both oral and written English

-Excel/Word/PPT and familiar with local booking system

-Ability of Analysis and problem solving

-Have a high sense of responsibility, can work diligently under high pressure, willing to work overtime during peak season.
