Job responsibilities:
1.Edit production PPAP and inspection instruction, including incoming,production process and finished product shipment instruction.
2.Edit production audit instruction, carry out production audit, and join in process audit.
3.Control the quality of production process, find quality problems in time, and organize relative departments to solve them.
4.Organize to analyze unqualified products, set down improvement measures, and supervise performing state.
5.Deal with customers' complains, and finish 8D report.
6.Finish the stat. and analysis of quality data per. Month.
7.Guide and train inspector how to control production's quality, and check inspection records termly.

Job requirements:
1.More than three years work experiences as a quality engineer in auto industry.
2.Be familiar with TS16949.
3.Be familiar with APQP,PPAP,SPC,FMEA,8D.
4.Be familiar with stat. measures of quality data, such as PPM.
5.Be good at computer skills.
6.Fluent oral and written English.
