Position: Warehouse Senior Keeper
Location: Shanghai
Department: Supply Chain
Purpose :
1.Daily on-site supervising on warehousing operation, HSE audit, 6S checking.
2.Warehousing system maintenance.
3.Communicate interface between warehouse & relevant departments.
4.Daily warehouse documentation and record filing to meet the requirement of concerned departments.
5.Generate regular reports & root cause analysis.

Responsibilities:
1.维护仓库日常运作体系, 执行HSE, 6S等公司制度, Monitor on daily warehousing, implemete company policy.
2.生产物料和工具的发放和管理，仓库物料数量的确认和管理. Manage to keep and distribute materials, tools and stocks checking.
3.审核记录,查看信息的准确性，并与已建立的相关程序相符合Review records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures.
4.分配工作和检查工作时保证工作的精确性Assign duties and examines work for exactness.
5.良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神 Good communication skill and team work spirit.

Profile (Knowledge/Skills/Attitudes):
1.Education Level: Vocational/Technical School. College degree is preferred
2.3-5 years’ work experiences.
3.Some experience of SAP or other ERP/WMS.
4.Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
5.MS office skills are necessary.
6.Language: Fluent Mandarin and moderate English.
