职位描述
职位要求：
1、房地产、营销类相关专业本科以上学历；
2、1年以上房地产咨询公司营销策划工作经验；
3、熟悉城市建设，对房地产行业有独到的见解；熟悉国家相关房地产法律法规，及时掌握房地产市场动态，具有敏锐的市场洞察力、判断力，能针对市场最新的情况撰写分析报告供公司内部、发展商、政府以及媒体做参考；
4、熟悉房地产开发流程；具有独立撰写项目定位报告、项目营销执行报告等策划报告的能力，熟悉项目各销售阶段的策划工作流程；
5、独立操作1个或以上中型项目优先考虑；
6、熟练运用办公软件，会InDesign等专业排版软件者优先；
7、具有较强的文字表达能力和语言表达能力，条理清楚，综合分析能力强；
8、有较强的人际沟通能力和团队精神，勇于承担压力，有强烈的学习愿望、一丝不苟的工作作风、优良的工作责任感。
