职位要求：
1、中文、广告传播、新闻、营销策划等相关专业毕业；
2、有项目调研报告撰写OR项目策划报告撰写OR文本创意文案撰写OR活动策划撰写OR公关软文撰写经验者皆可；
3、有较深的文化底蕴，较强的文字组织能力和语言表达能力，以及良好的思辨能力、逻辑思考能力；
4、熟练使用办公软件，会设计排版软件更佳，具独立思考的工作精神；
5、善于沟通和表达自己，具有责任心、团队意识和合作精神；
6、性格开朗，思维活跃，较强的动手和学习能力及创新意识；
7、具有良好的敬业精神、责任心；
8、有相关地产项目策划经验者优先。
