职位描述

Merchandiser will have following missions:

- Represents our company and our company's products to clients and potential clients.
- Coordinate with stores; Maintain stores shelves by observing display of our products.
- Complete inventory reports and sales reports per shop.
- Complete call reports by observing displays and pricing of competitor's products.
- Manage 3rd party Fields Sales Representatives
- Training & teaching Fields Sales Representatives.
- Help Fields Sales Representatives with special promotion by setting-up displays, observing customer reaction and by forwarding observation to management.
- Deliver educational material to the stores.

He/She reports directly to the Senior Sales.

Targeted profile:

- Position open for beginner willing to learn about sales and merchandising techniques
- Candidate must show a real interest and motivation for merchandising, shops and distribution
- College degree
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Be target oriented, enthusiastic, not afraid of changes and adversity
- Skilled in communicating tactfully
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to participate to events organize by our company during evenings or weekends
- Be ready to work on a startup company, member of a larger group
- Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public
