Working location: OSA Shanghai, China Representative Office (CRO)
No. 1068, Wuzhong Road, Minhang District, Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide daily assistance to head of office (Chief Representative).
2. Coordinate with fabric merchandiser to work on fabric developments, labdips and fabric testing.
3. Assist garment merchandising manager in garment measurement, workmanship and quality assessment.
4. Coordinate with couriers to ship fabrics and garment samples to overseas offices and US head office.
5. Assist fabric and garment department in documents filing and preparation.

Job requirements:

1. College education or above, major in textiles;
2. Good command of English, both written and spoken;
3. Skilled in Office applications
4. Need to work in office at least 3 days per week.
